Hi Instagram People So how can you motivate yourself to workout? Today I woke up very tired and unmotivated and I was seriously consindering to not go to the gym. (but that’s just not going to happen so I pulled myself up and got ready) But this was definitely not always the case, especially in the beginning of my fitness journey, I found motivation to be the hardest part.. That’s why I got some tips for you, that will help you get motivated to workout. ✨ #1 Get up right away when you‘re alarm goes off! Try to not check your phone just get up and put on your gym clothes without thinking. ✨ #2 If you go to the gym first thing in the morning, you will not have to think and remind yourself to workout for the rest of the day! You‘re free! ✨ #3 Track your success. Take a Before & After Picture, this will give you motivation to keep going and also to reward yourself. ✨ #4 Surround yourself with motivation. Follow fitness pages with Workout Videos on Instagram or Youtube. This is a constant reminder to work towards your fitness goals. ✨ #5 Remember why you started. It‘s not about keeping the motivation, it‘s about remembering why you started in the first place. ✨ #6 Remember that amazing feeling after a Workout. Most of us feel incredibely good after a workout, whenever you‘re unmotivated to go to the gym, remember that energy you got the last time you finished a workout! ✨ So these are my tips & now I wish you a happy #Humpday
