Today I filmed my “What I eat in a day“ Youtube video. While I was filming I noticed, damn I eat a lot! Buuut all good, let me tell you a story. A year ago, I literally thought that I could never be at the weight I wanted, just because I loved food so much & that being fit meant “starving myself”. My uneducated ass! I didn‘t know that if I worked out consistently & eat clean, I would actually need to eat even more! How is that possible? Well think about it, working out consistently (Me: 5 days a week) means burning a lot of energy, and where do you get that enegery? Answer is: with FOOD (healthy food!) Pretty cool huh?
